Hans Peter Martinez
March 31, 1955 – December 15, 2020
Featured Song: The Best Seat in the House
Dedicated to Hans Peter Martinez (March 31, 1955 – December 15, 2020)
This song is a loving tribute to a deeply missed father, husband, and friend. Hans Peter Martinez—born in the beautiful mountains of Austria, a proud long-time servant of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo Donkey & Mule Committee, and a man who found his joy on a motorcycle, a horseback ride, or simply surrounded by the people he loved—passed away six years ago. Though he is no longer here to give a toast, shake hands, or walk his adoring daughter, Jaclyn, down the aisle, his kind-hearted, honest, and fun-loving spirit fills the room tonight.
As this heavy-stepping Texas Country Ballad plays, we remember “Pete” not with a moment of silence, but with a heavy dose of heaven. To Jaclyn on her wedding day: your daddy hasn't missed a single step of your journey. He is right here, wrapping you in a lifetime of love, smiling down on the man you chose, and holding the absolute best seat in the house.
Pete will be missed — but never forgotten.
Andrew “Andy” Cousin
April 23, 1948 – August 20, 2025
Featured Song: Presence Known
Dedicated to Andrew “Andy” Joseph Cousin (April 23, 1948 – August 20, 2025)
This song is a loving tribute to a deeply missed uncle, husband, father, and “Paw Paw.” Andy Cousin—a proud U.S. Army veteran, a dedicated business owner, and a man whose adventurous spirit found its joy in hunting, traveling, and being surrounded by the people he loved—passed away peacefully surrounded by his family. He was the kind of man whose quiet generosity spoke louder than words, whose laughter filled every room, and whose steady, warm presence made everyone feel at home.
As this song plays, we remember Andy not with a moment of silence, but with the certainty that his love is still making itself known. To his wife Linda of fifty-one years, his children, and his cherished grandchildren: his presence hasn't left you. It is right here—in every story told, every laugh shared, and every memory that carries his warmth. We know he's watching over this celebration, making sure the good times roll the way only a New Orleans gentleman could.
Andy will be missed — but never forgotten.
Our Forever
On September 26, 2026, under the glow of the harvest moon, Jaclyn and Drew sealed eighteen years of waiting with forever. What began as two young hearts whose paths crossed too soon, only to be pulled apart by the currents of life, found its way back to the exact same door.
At fifty-two and forty-three, God's perfect timing turned a lifetime of crooked paths into the most beautiful, honest, and laughter-filled reality either of them could have ever dreamed of. Surrounded by family and friends at the Historic Hill House + Farm in Willis, Texas, two hearts became one.
This memory wall is for everyone who celebrated with us, and especially for those who couldn't be there. Press play, scroll through the moments, and feel the grace that brought us to this day.
